Medicolegal Services
Hand Surgery and Nerve Injury
A Specialist Opinion
Dominic provides medicolegal services including reviewing records, patient examination and clinical case review, provision of personal injury reports and tailored case management.
Frequently he is instructed to provide specialist reports on adult brachial plexus injury and nerve injury as part of an insurance claim or for clarification in a complex personal injury case.
When Dominic Power is not the instructed expert, The Nerve Clinic can provide a clinical case management strategy with costs for provision in the private sector that may be used to guide settlement.
